On November 8, 2025, the Passionist Philanthropic Development Foundation, Inc., responding to the call of the times, partnered with and extended financial assistance to the Rotary Club of Metro Cebu (RCMC), who were on the ground actively responding to the needs of the victims of Typhoon Tino.
Headed by Atty. Evelyn Trani, the RCMC collaborated with the Cebu Doctors’ University Student Council, represented by Doc Samantha Tinsay, together with other physicians, in providing medical assistance to affected families at Lawaan 3, Talisay City, Cebu. In addition, the RCMC conducted feeding activities and distributed essential relief items such as rice, clothes, slippers, and other basic necessities.
Despite the fact that many of the volunteers were themselves victims of the typhoon, their hearts for service remained unwavering. Their generosity and selflessness were truly overwhelming, as they chose to rise above their own circumstances to extend help to those in greater need.
Kudos to all these big-hearted individuals.
We also extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who responded to our call for donations. Your monetary assistance has been a great help to the affected communities. The smiles of relief on their faces, knowing that they are not alone in this time of need—are priceless and cannot be overlooked or discounted. Your active concern and solidarity are deeply appreciated.
Thank you, and please keep safe always.
Be Passionate for Christ,
make blessings alive.
