Blessing of Columbarium Chapel

March 8, 2025, marks a significant milestone for the Passionist Community as they officially open the Columbarium Chapel at Holy Cross Spiritual Center, General Santos City. This Columbarium Chapel will serve as a sacred place of peace, prayer, and remembrance. Its aesthetics and architectural design are truly commendable, brought to life through the artistic vision of Arch. Randy Lopez.

The blessing was officiated earlier by our very own Provincial Superior, Very Rev. Fr. Nazario A. Plaza, CP. The event was graced by guests, visitors, and several Passionist priests, including Rev. Fr. Marito R. Varquez, CP; Rev. Fr. Christopher Akiatan, CP; Rev. Fr. Wilfredo Estraza, CP; Rev. Fr. Vincent Roy T. Del Sol, CP; Rev. Fr. Julito S. Villarente, CP; Rev. Fr. Apolinario A. Plaza, CP; and Rev. Fr. Vicente S. Supranes, CP.

Rev. Fr. David T. Ong, CP, the Columbarium in-charge, expressed his heartfelt gratitude to everyone who took the time to attend and to all who supported the realization of this chapel.
