The joy of giving continued at Notre Dame of Bolul, Nabul-Kamagaya, Inc., in Sitio Nabul, Barangay Kinam, Malapatan, Sarangani Province, where 341 students received school bags and learning supplies through the “School Bag ni Teresa” initiative of the St. Therese QC Alumnae Association and the generous support of MSU GSC Batch 1990.
This meaningful outreach activity of the Catholic Mission to the Indigenous Peoples (CMIP) brought excitement and happiness to the school community. More than providing school essentials, the activity reminded every child that there are people who believe in their dreams and are willing to walk with them on their journey toward a brighter future.
The activity started with a Mass of the Holy Spirit, offering a beautiful moment of prayer, thanksgiving, and blessing for the students, teachers, parents, and everyone involved in the mission. The Mass was presided over by 𝑹𝒆𝒗. 𝑭𝒓. 𝑨𝒓𝒏𝒊𝒆 𝑱𝒂𝒅𝒆 𝑴. 𝑹𝒐𝒔𝒄𝒐, 𝑪𝑷., whose presence added meaning and spiritual inspiration to the gathering.
The smiles and excitement of the 341 students made the school bag distribution truly special. With the support of Fr. Arnie Jade, the dedicated teachers, CMIP staff, parents, and volunteers, each child received something that will accompany them as they learn, grow, and pursue their aspirations.
A school bag may seem simple, but for a child, it can represent encouragement, opportunity, and hope.
We extend our deepest appreciation to the St. Therese QC Alumnae Association and MSU GSC Batch 1990, the teachers and staff of Notre Dame of Bolul–Nabul-Kamagaya, the parents, Fr. Arnie Jade, the CMIP team, and all the volunteers whose generosity and service made this outreach possible.
Your kindness reached 341 students and turned an ordinary school day into a celebration filled with smiles and gratitude.
May we continue to work together in creating opportunities for children and communities, because every act of generosity can help shape a better tomorrow.
Be passionate for Christ, make blessings alive!
May the Passion of Jesus Christ be ever in our hearts!
